Our monthly meeting was held as usual and was well attended.
On Sunday 18th seven cars met at the Lakeland Motor Museum
for refreshments before embarking on a short run into the South Western Lake
District. We took the quieter route along the west of Windermere to Hawkshead,
Coniston then on to Little Langdale. Here Colin went ahead to photograph us all
winding our way up Wrynose Pass. Then it was down into the Duddon Valley to
Seathwaite for lunch at the Newfield Inn. After lunch we continued down the
valley over the Hoses to Broughton Mills, on to Torver and Greenodd where we
parted company. Another very enjoyable day out.
