This month’s report is the first since we moved to our new meeting place at the Strickland Arms. There was a good attendance and everyone seemed pleased with our new venue. Various discussions took place on events and runs past and in the future but it was decided to leave next years program to be discussed at our first meeting of 2015 which will be held on the 3rd February, the January meeting being replaced by our Christmas / New Year Sunday lunch.

"Please note we have relocated. The club has grown in numbers and needed a larger venue so we have moved a few miles along the A590 to The Strickland Arms, Sizergh, near Kendal LA88DZ. We also needed to update our website. Colin volunteered and if you log on to www.mg-cars.org.uk/mgoc0209 you will see what a fantastic job he has done. Thanks Colin! One of the big improvements is online notifications of last minute changes to pre-organised events which can be found on the “NEWS” link. That’s all for now. Just a reminder that our next monthly meeting will be on Tuesday 2nd December at our new venue, The Strickland Arms, Sizergh at 8.00pm.

Our January meeting will be the post Christmas lunch at The Punch Bowl, Underbarrow on January 11th. More details to follow.
