We held our March monthly meeting as usual but with a few
members absent. It was suggested we repeat the tour of the Furness Peninsula as
some members were unable to join us last year. It was scheduled for the 29th
March but unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last minute due to inclement
weather. However 9 of us met for lunch at the
Clarkes Hotel at Rampside. We will re-schedule the run for later in the year. Sue
